" I don’t think I can praise Annie’s Cabins enough. I have never experienced such a cozy and unique place, quite like Annie’s. It was the most wonderful lodging experience of my whole life. Our cabin was equipped with everything we needed and much more. We would have extended our stay, if the cabins weren’t all booked! I highly recommend and will be coming back for years to come! This is truly Estes Park’s little gem! "

" My wife and I celebrated our anniversary last year at the cabins and loved it. We started each day sitting out back and enjoying the sounds of the Big Thompson River to our cup of coffee. The cabins are clean and the owner is very accommodating to our questions and needs. We look forward to visiting Estes Park this year and are fortunate to be able the stay at Annie's Mountain Retreat again. "

" We had an awesome weekend staying at the Carriage House. We did a lot of exploring around Estes Park and the Rocky Mtns so it was great to be so close to everything. The Carriage house was more than I could of imagined. It was clean, cozy, and had all the comforts of home with the cutest decor! We loved the hot tub to relax after a long day. You could tell Annie put her heart into this place. "

" My husband and I spent many New Year’s up at Annie’s. We have stayed in all of the cabins and don’t necessarily have a favorite! So many attentions to detail to make you feel like you are a treasured guest! We love staying because it is so convenient to Estes! Plus the cabins and Carriage House are so comfortable and love that they have hot tubs to relax in after a long day playing in Estes. We have made it a tradition of ours to head to Annie’s for New Years or our anniversary each year! We look forward to our next visit! "

" We stayed at the Mountain Retreat. Great location right on the river. Private hot tub with private river deck. Quiet and peaceful. Cabin is just the right size for two. Bathroom is bigger than most for a cabin this size. We've been to Estes Park 4 years in a row and stayed in 3 other places. This property has the best combination of size, decor, location, amenities for the price. The owners are attentive without being intrusive. We would have booked it last year but it was already taken for our dates. Not this time! Booked today. "

The River Cabin deck has a New 12ft. addition which allows for a perfect view of the River and the tree lined Mountain on the other side. The common space between the River Cabin and Mountain Cabin has steps where you may walk down to the River where we have a sitting area right at River's edge.

What is there to do around Estes?

There are lots of things to do at RMNP (Rocky Mountain National Park) has hundreds of miles of hiking to lakes and waterfalls. There are several horseback riding stables. We have 2 movie theaters and two amusement type areas with putt putt, go carts, water boats. Lake Estes has a four mile hike/ bike path around it with spectacular views of the Mountains and you can rent paddle boats or bikes. River rafting, couples massage, the possibilities are endless here. The village of Estes Park is nestled in a valley surrounded by Mountain Peaks with quaint shops, galleries, breweries, wineries, restaurants, glass blowing shops...and much more.

What about fishing?

There is great fishing just out the back door here. The Division of Wildlife is trying to make this upper part of the Big Thompson River a Gold Medal fishery. It is catch and release with flies and lures only. If you want to keep some for dinner - you can either go to Lake Estes to fish or you can travel down the canyon about 11 miles where you can use bait and keep them.

Do you accept pets?

Due to pet dander, allergies and the fact that we only have three units we cannot accept pets.

Which unit is the most secluded?

We cater to anniversaries and honeymooners so even though the cabins are not physically far from each other on the property, each cabin has 6-foot tall privacy fence surrounding them. This fence includes the private outdoor hot tubs. All cabins are equally secluded in their own way!
